Basic IT Skills (BITS) & Basic IT Skills + (BITS+) is a 40-hour introduction to IT course that consists of five modules: Computer Fundamentals, Intro to Digital Media, Intro to Networking, Intro to Web Design, and Intro to Programming. The modules can be taught individually or in combination depending on the needs of your target audience. Together, they will build a common basic vocabulary, develop introductory computer skills and problem-solving ability, and give a "preview" of the course topics.
